My manager has approved me leaving early on some days over the past year, like 15 minutes to an hour. Just this week she completely changed her mind (probably from pressure of higher ups) and is completely denying ever allowing that. I have a meeting with her tomorrow and apparently I am in ‘big trouble’ about it. Might have to pay back the hours. What can I do or say? [In Canada]
