I worked for a cleaning company, i enjoyed it at first when i only had three customers home too clean, which seemed great. Their supplies though not so great which made me buy my own supplies, long story short was prompoted for a dollar more and as a trainer, only problem was i got more customers and no one to train after a month also company supplies started showing up at my home along with a call from the boss stating i needed to take such supplies and keep them in my car in case other cleaners need them in the job, so now i train, take supplies and dustribute them all in a 8 hour work period for a dollar more, did that for two months and no raise. My last day was when i had 3 four bedroom houses with 3+ bathrrooms along with traveling 30 miles in my city to deliver supplies and going to the next customer, was in the middle of her bathroom cleaning when she wanted me too redo the toliet i said no, she yelled, i told her wipe your own shit packed up and left…returned all the supplies, now they calling for me to come back as customers are complaining about the lack of cleaning.. to bad i make more now, but they stalking me, who do you report that too??
