Quit my job, how do I tell the company that my boss was the biggest reason for me to leave?

After giving notice of my leave, my boss's bosses interviewed me to learn why I was leaving and if there were possibilities for the company to improve on those points. I told them I'd write them an email on what I thought were the main reasons, and what could have been done to retain me. Among the reasons, I've come to realise that my boss is the biggest problem I've had to deal with all these years. He's kind of a bully, always giving more responsibilities to people without giving any benefits in exchange… He basically push people to it's limits and then makes them feel like shit when they are not able to keep with everything. Even if I'm leaving, my coworkers are staying and I'd like to improve their situation a bit if there is the possibility. What would you do? Would you talk to my boss and…

Even if I'm leaving, my coworkers are staying and I'd like to improve their situation a bit if there is the possibility. What would you do? Would you talk to my boss and explain what I just said, would you directly talk to his superiors?

I'll still be at the company for two more weeks, and he's already begun to take revenge on me for leaving (I'm going to another company on the same field) with petty things that have no real impact but it's just showing me that he's a kid.
