Put in my two weeks notice which is more than enough they deserve of me.
We haven’t been paid in three months.
Promise of pay has been nothing but a dangling carrot.
People started dropping off one by one as soon as the first paycheck was missed. I had the last straw when the ceo (who everyone reports to) had the audacity to bark orders at me when I’m the only person for my team while wearing other hats.
I get that there’s always growing pains in tech, but this was just out of hand.
I started applying to other places about two months ago, but nothings coming through. I’m just declined left and right.
Feeling quite lost as to what to do next.
