So, I joined this company which is India's one of the most popular brand. The head of the dept who is my L2 turned out to be a yeller. I have not seen even a single meeting where he was calm and composed. He just yells at anyone and at everything. Last 2 months I have been at the receiving end despite me taking all the efforts. He has yelled me infront of all other team memebers multiple times and it reached to an end where no matter what I do he just comes and starts yelling.
My L1 is great and we have good bonding but even he can't do anything about his behaviour, he also gets yelled at in most of the meetings.
Long story short, I have resigned with no offer in hand, because it was fucking up my mental health.
The L2 wants to talk to me but I have been avoiding him, as I feel it won't change his behaviour. Should I talk to him? Have you ever been in such a situation?
