Quitting for a new job while on Short Term Disability?

Hello, 25f located in Pennsylvania. I am currently on short term disability due to a broken leg, and have one more month left of PT. I work in a setting that is adjacent to but not directly in my preferred line of work, and have for 2.5 years. While on ST, I was reached out to by a colleague in my field about a job opening. This job is a dream and what I’ve been looking for since graduating, so I went through the application and interview process. They are extremely understanding of my situation and are allowing me to have a later start date due to my injury if I accept. What were to happen if I quit my current job, while still on ST? Will I have to pay anything back? I feel slightly bad about leaving towards the end of my leave, but can’t pass this opportunity…

What were to happen if I quit my current job, while still on ST? Will I have to pay anything back? I feel slightly bad about leaving towards the end of my leave, but can’t pass this opportunity up. If it makes a difference, I do not pay for health insurance through my current company.
