Hey all, just looking for a bit of advice from any Canadians here.
I work a crappy retail job, bottom of barrel customer service clerk position though I do work well above my pay grade. My question is; do I have to give 2 weeks or can I just go? I've accepted another job (non retail thankfully) and I'm not worried about hurting my non existant career by just up and leaving. I'm worried if I put in two notice my boss will make it hell and I don't need that right now. I know there's no legal requirement to give two weeks and I know I'm not contractually obligated to give notice. I think what I need is maybe just a little push to go.
