I’m debating contacting my current manager tonight to say i’m quitting effective immediately. I am quitting because of the toxic work environment (fast food job). I am worried if I quit without a two week notice it will show up on my background check. I have already accepted a new offer to a job but I know they are going to do a background check. Will it show up if I quit this job today/ does it ever show up? I can’t do two weeks. The job is tearing away at my soul truly.
