Hi, so I work at a steel plant and recently it got really slow, and now I feel like I’m being singled out on over time, and get sent home early, while other ppl stay one or two hours overtime. I have more seniority than these guys who are staying over. So my lead asked me if I want to stay an hour over I said yes. So I stayed and I see my boss approaching me, and tells me “get off my clock comprende” I’m Latino by the way. Can I get him for saying this to me, and being singled out on overtime. We do have a union.
