I just found out we have a rat at work and the guy is probably the dumbest guy this company ever hired, probably why the boss chose to use him as a rat, he can't do anything well, not even being a rat, figured it out immediately.
What do I do now? He won't catch me with anything because I mind my business and do my job but the fact that he just comes in my office and stares at me, asks me about the day, if I'm not there he asks my colleague where I am and I find this annoying. I was in my lunch break and was texting my fiance, he showed up, stood there 2 minutes doing nothing and left.
Should I play stupid and mind my business or should I do something about this?
What would you do in my case?
