I started out in the beginning of August, of what was supposed to be a part time job. 1-3 days a week. But, because my employer likes to hire high school/college kids, no one can work at all because of school stuff. Now I’m the one taking all the shifts, I went from a few days a week to 40+ hours. I loved this job, now I’m starting to resent it. Got reprimanded today because my kids had appointments that I needed to take them to, and I asked if anyone could take my shift. Shockingly no one could, and my boss got mad at me for asking. I’m currently looking for another job. I got this one to help with my kid’s Christmas this year. Really sucks right now.
