Hi, I need help filling out the “reason for leaving“ on an application. I left the job due to total and complete exhaustion. I was working 60+ hours a week. I was single-handedly running the business during the peak of Covid. I received no support from higher management.(which was a different state.) I had been their go to/right hand person for years. They took advantage of me and I burnt out. What verbiage should I use? TIA!
