After relentless efforts, my Marketing & Sales team has achieved the sales targets for three consecutive months. Instead of rewarding us, my boss decided to skip the approved annual plan and triple KPIs for the third and fourth quarters of 2023.
The reason is simple: “If you can perform this well, I believe you can meet even triple or five times the KPIs, so I'm setting the minimum at triple.”
Well, now the entire team is completely fucked-up.
