Unhealthy working environment

I just realized how high the humidity is in my building lately due to construction work in another part of the building. Our walls have holes and the spraying of fireproofing in the spaces next door have been leaking into our space for weeks. It's at 78% humidity. 2 weeks ago I became ill with some virus that felt like strept, but I got tested and it wasn't strept. 2 weeks ago I became ill with some virus that felt like strept, but I got tested and it wasn't strept. It then moved into my chest and I became very sick with congestion and missed over a week of work.

I started feeling better last weekend and returned to work Monday. My congestion slowly got worse again throughout the week, and by end of day yesterday I felt as sick as I did at the start. Today I finally figured out the humidity is very high and according to OSHA working in humidity above 60% is unsafe and it's 78% in here.

I've informed the owner that I'm not comfortable working here, and it's not fair to ask anyone else to work in this building. We are being relocated temporarily next week so they can spray the fireproofing in our suite, but I've been stuck in this humid noxious air the past several weeks and I feel the building owner and construction company are responsible for my having missed work and having to use my vacation days.

What are my options going forward?
