Long story short, I work “as needed” on unit A at this hospital. Lately I’ve been looking for more shifts so I applied for another “as needed” job on unit B, and accepted the offer.
Recruiter initially called and said my transfer request has been accepted, and pay rate will be the same. All good.
Both managers of the units said they are completely fine if I continue to work at both places.
Now the recruiter is saying I can’t work at both places, because pay is different? Even though at first it was the same?
I think he’s just mad because I just to keep “unit A” as my home unit in the system, so he technically isn’t getting paid. After telling him that both managers said I can continue to work at both places, he seemed puzzled and said he’d get back to me lol.
