I applied for a role at a small-medium company recently and received a missed call late Saturday afternoon. A voice mail came through later that evening (must have been out of signal) and it was said company trying to organise an interview.
I am being overly cautious or is it a red flag/a lack of respect on boundaries to call someone on a Saturday evening about a job?
The job does involve some occasional weekend work but mornings only. How would be the best way to respond? Im a strong believer on work life balance and boundaries and after a previous overbearing boss, im very cautious
