Pls tell me what to look for as I don’t understand why this is happening! Ive never been rejected for the most basic roles before. I did my police check and an RCMP check but I am not finding anything bad on me. Is there something or some specific tool or app that companies research now before they even schedule an interview to just automatically decline me? IPS: I have applied to over 600 jobs and nothing!
