Based off these paragraphs from a relocation contract I signed, would I still have to be pay back the relocation assistance if I were to put in my 2 weeks a week before 18 months of my “transfer date” (first day of when I started)?
I really want to leave but I do not want to shoot myself in the foot if I end up having to pay back the assistance. I was told to talk to my HR manager on the policy for this but I don’t trust her keeping my question and conversation confidential and it leaks to my boss. Maybe I’ll ask her when it gets closer to the 18 month mark of the contract ending but as of now, I’m looking for some opinions and if anyone else has gone through something similar. The company I signed this is through Cornerstone Relocation Group.
