Reminder to everyone, at work you have zero privacy.

I saw a social media post with 50k likes where a person was explaining what all people can see on Teams. They were off in their post and the comments were even more hilariously wrong so let me just put this clearly. If you have MS Teams, with a work account. They can see literally every single thing you entered into it. Even if it’s deleted. From however long they want to retain those logs. Could be years. Ditto Slack. The portal is extremely easy to use. I have access to these portals and use them daily for Cybersecurity. I created the audit rules that alerts us when people view these records to avoid abuse and unethical behavior from management. But no one should be surprised, when working on or within company provided resources you have ZERO privacy.
