After the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us switched to working remotely. While it seems like most remote workers have adjusted to this change, I've noticed that many management styles haven't evolved. They still rely on old-school oversight and physical presence.
Anyone else feel the same? What challenges have you faced with this approach in a remote setting?
