I work from home for a good company with a strong work from home ethic, live too far away to commute. It isn't in my contract, however newer people do have it in theirs that they are remote workers specifically. I've been thinking about asking for my contract to be updated but trying to weigh up the pros and cons. Will it protect me or will I be first out the door if the flexible arrangements are scaled back? For reference I am in the UK.
