We reported my husband's job to the DOL today for wage theft. They only paid him for 1 hour of the time it took to take a random drug test because “ThAt'S cOmPaNy PoLiCy!!” He even texted a screenshot of the guidelines to his manager and included the link. So, because they didn't want to pay him an “extra” 30 min, they're going to have the DOL knocking at the door. Or at least that's my dream scenario. I hope the DOL finds hundreds of workers who were underpaid this way at the company. I'm positively giddy at the notion.
