Reporting my unearned overtime hours to the department of labor. Follow up on post from about a week ago.

I am scared shitless to submit this claim to the DOL for CA, but my manager has now over the past 3 months taken, deducted, stolen; what have you more than 15 hours worth of overtime. Should I file a retaliation claim alongside the other one? Thanks guys, any input would be heavily appreciated and looked at
