I have been trying to work for this department and team for over a year. I have disrespected, humiliated and slammed with work that I was never properly trained in. In the end result, I am on a performance improvement plan and no matter how many times I have asked, “how is th is properly done” or how can I do this or Hey I need need help and need to be included in XYZ email. I am belittle and treated like absolute crap. No matter how much my “facts” come into affect it always is treated as if it's “half done” when i'm only given half instructions.
I want to report this and I have no idea where to start….I am looking for other jobs but until I can get one, I have to stay put and follow what they say for now to avoid having matters escalate further.
