yesterday my partner was notified by his employer that he came into contact with someone who was Covid positive. He tested negative and went to work today. Today he got to work and there were over 10 people there who had tested Covid positive. His job said people are no longer supposed to quarantine at home and are required to come in still if they test positive. this feels illegal? should he report to the department of labor? we’re in pennsylvania.
