Hey guys,
I'm just curious, would you feel resentment if you worked for a company that:
- Let's you work from home if the work can be done from home at that period
- You are a small team with an equalized organization structure (everyone is their own boss)
- You are guaranteed a steak in it if you stick with it at least for 1.5 years
Just a question, because the current system, for better or worse, at least offers “variability” when it comes to workplaces.
