Question about PTO

I don’t know if this is the right sub for this but posting anyway. (Oregon btw) I've been working at Petsmart for a little over a year now. Initially, I interviewed for the Petshotel camp counselor position, but they offered me the role of Petshotel Associate Lead with keys, starting at $18/hour. After a few months on the job, I received a $3 raise. Lately, like many others at Petsmart, I've been feeling burnt out due to the company's lack of concern for pets and their employees. I've been working at Petsmart for a little over a year now.

Additionally, I found out that a new hire in the same position as mine is getting paid more than I am. Nevertheless, my coworkers and managers are all great people, and we get along well.

Unfortunately, I was written up for tardiness and had a disagreement with my SL (Store Leader) when she told me not to share wage information with coworkers, but she later retracted that statement.

Recently, I was offered a new job, and I'm looking to start on the 21st. I've already completed my background check on the 3rd (and have a clean record), and my drug test (which doesn't screen for weed) was done yesterday. I want to give my Petshotel manager 1-2 weeks' notice before leaving, but since my new job will pay me more, I'd prefer to leave as soon as possible. Can I use my PTO to fill out my checks for 40 hours? Typically, I receive around 36.5 hours per week. Are there any laws or rules I might be breaking if I use my PTO before leaving?
