I resigned a couple of days ago, we did stocktake today and in management you are expected to work overtime for free on this day, I’m in management but not high up so I kept asking if I will get paid for the hours I work overtime. They said no, I said I have handed in my resignation already.
I still stuck around until the end but I was angry and they where angry with me for even thinking I should be compensated my hours extra I worked today.
Now I’m the bad person in this showing poor example and won’t even expect getting a good reference although I’ve been perfect for the last 4 years.
