Retail has been hell on my mental health

I'm a college dropout that's been moving from job to job trying to find anything that doesn't make me want to die and it hasn't happened. Every job I've had has made me feel sub human. The title says retail but I've also worked in food service and manufacturing and those were just as bad (worse in some cases). I'll either get fired or quit this one soon and I'll be back to square one. I know work isn't the only reason for my poor mental health but it is absolutely a factor. I just don't know what to do at this point. I have no real experience or skills. I have no certifications or degree. Most places don't want me and I can't even blame them at this point. I'm already drowning in debt from college, medical expenses, and some bad spending. Maybe I just need to give up on finding a job, let the money run out, and allow whatever happens to happen. Maybe giving up is my only option left.
