Returning work equipment, potential issues?

So I got laid off July 31st, and I was in the Philippines at the time doing the digital nomad thing. So I only booked a ticket for September 19 to US to send it back and the company started asking me for the equipment after a month which is reasonable. I don't seem to have the macbook box, the google pixel box, lost the charger for the google pixel phone, and I also broke the google pixel phone while rock climbing in India (there's no screen cracks or anything it just seems like the display is damaged, like the phone's internal memory, causing it to be pixelated). I didn't say anything at the time about the phone being broken (never used it for work actually) because well I was out of the country. Fast forward to today, I need to return it ASAP. Any issues regarding this? What if…
