The company I work at had a few rounds of lay-offs. My colleagues that were layed-off received a good compensation package. My manager has been layed-off and I am now expected to do all the work. I am currently going to interviews and I plan on leaving as soon as I get the chance, but I would really prefer being layed-off if that means also getting a severance package.
