Companies that use “culture” as a reason to FORCE employees back into the office is the biggest crock of bullshit.
I genuinely feel bad for ppl who have gotten to experience how amazing and beneficial WFH can be and are now being forced to go to an office.
It’s very clearly about control and nothing to do with culture or profits.
Nike recently updated its RTO policy to 4 days a week to being “power and energy”. Go fuck yourself Nike. Power and Energy!? You’ve demotivated and demoralized your employees.
We need to collectively stop this bullshit. We all know corporate jobs can very successfully be done remotely. And we have years now of evidence to support this. I fucking hate corporate America and it’s absolute bullshit, backwards, archaic ways of thinking.
