Timeline of what happened… All facts…
My head hunter (recruitment firm) who was contracted by H#C to process and refer candidates, advised me that H#C HR informed them that I passed all interviews (3 interviews with business case presentation for the final).
I submitted my paystub as requested and they based their offer from it.
My recruiter was then presented an approved H#C competitive salary package (by direct manager and the director) to be released to me – which was then presented to me by my recruiter.
After consulting my peers and family, It took me 2 days to consider and accept the offer. I advised my recruiter that I will resign form my current company accordingly. This message was then transmitted by my recruiter to H#C with my potential proposed start date/s.
A week has gone, my head-hunter followed up for the employment contract (they have not sent anything), we were informed that they were still processing and that they will release it within the week.
1 day passed and H#C formally informed me through my recruiter that they will not release the employment contract. Apparatenly there was an internal candidate hire so my application was not needed anymore.
They are ruining lives here! I have filed my resignation and now I'm considering to return to my previous work without the guaranty of getting my old job back. I basically signed my own death warrant.
H3C has no consideration whatsover and left my out to dry, wither and die…
