So, my daughter works in a salon weekends and does makeup at her home in the evenings, proms, hens, weddings, etc. Her full-time gig is payroll for a small company. Her boss asked to speak to her last week and asked if she was willing to give up the make up because “she's not giving 100%” to her full time job.
She doesn't Instagram stuff during the work day, and in fact her social media presence could do with more work, but now that this woman is on her case for basically a hobby we fear the worst.
She's expecting to go in this morning to be sacked as she saw her boss had been watching her insta and she blocked her.
Would there be a problem if she golfed all weekend? Any other activity. No comeback either cos she's only been there about 6 weeks.
