I work for an attorney. 6 full time people in office including me. I have worked there a little over a year. I'm nervous about asking for a raise. My coworker said she has not gotten a raise every year (she's been there 12 years) but with our bonuses & employer paid health insurance it evens out. I have always gotten a raise every year at previous jobs. I like my job, but I'm working to make money & want a raise.
Fellow redditors, do you get a raise / salary increase each year? Thanks for your input.
