I'm pretty pissed off right now.
About 2 months ago I convinced my friend to drop his job at a company to work at my new employer. Reason being was the pay. Their commission payout was really high comparatively.
I told my friend to quit. So he did. He came on board got hired here. A month later we get an email saying they're cutting the commission rate significantly. We were all going from 2-1% (Depending on how much you enroll) to .25%. This is a huge paycut.
I feel fucking terrible. I got my friend to give up a decent job and now they're fucking everybody over.
