Hi. I need help. I signed a job offer from Saudi. And I'm not thinking of backing out. They're going to send the employment contract soon. I don't know if I am binded to the company already. Is there a possible penalty if ever the company chase me? There's a noted in the job offer letter that says “This offer is not a commitment to employment” Any advise please is highly appreciated.
