Scheduled for a phone interview. Was prepared and ready ten minutes early with a list of questions for them, and answers to their possible questions. Then the scheduled time came and… nothing. Waited a couple minutes in case their watch was off or they were preparing. Then some more waiting. Why should I be expected to show up on time or at all for this job if they wont do the same? Why should they hold me to a higher standard than I hold them? Clearly tardiness or ghosting isnt a priority for them.
