I called in sick for issues with an ADA covered disability and our scheduler texted me and said you HAVE to make up your missed shift for Saturday by working a Saturday I’m not scheduled for. She listed a specific date and I told her I am going to be out of state that day and she never responded so I’m waiting on that. Is this something they are allowed to do? Force me to make up for a sick day?
