I have been interviewing with this non-profit for two months, gave a presentation, interviews all the way up to the founder. Right in my area, would have been similar to my most recent position which is a fairly uncommon combination so I thought I had a really god shot. Then they email and say they actually aren’t going to hire anyone. So depressing.
