Sell me on a 9 to 5 schedule

Not sure if this is antiwork material. Let me know: I currently work a panama schedule doing 12 hours. 2-2-3 days….2 on, 2 off, 3 on; then 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. I think it’s the best schedule. If i take off 2 days on my short week i have a 7 day vacation. Every other weekend i have 3 days off. BUT, every 4 months we all move to midnights 6pm to 6 am. Days are 6am to 6pm. Every 4 months. I dont make extra $, but do LOSE about $160 a months due to some built in hours on panama, but I would be given a company…

I dont make extra $, but do LOSE about $160 a months due to some built in hours on panama, but I would be given a company vehicle which i don’t really need because i live 8 minutes from work. Both schedules allow for easy overtime, but I’m not really an overtime type of guy. I like being home.

Just looking for feedback on why 9 to 5 might be beneficial. (Or 7 to 3). I don’t think I’ll take it but I’d like some honest feedback
