I work for a multinational company that has one of the design center in a foreign country (different from HQ). I’ve been here for several years in a key design role in a key team.
I have sensitive information about my team and the bheaviour of our bosses and local HR that is damagin the business, at least from managing (people and projects) point of view. HQ’s HR is unaware of this, even thought there are signals, but local HR covers everything up.
The information are not stolen and not made up. They are a mix of personal and other team members experiences.
HQ seems to care about this. I want to stress the word “seem”. Currently it seems HQ is interested in improving the situation with some action that, again, are covererd up by local HR. The information avalabile at HQ are partial and input by them are not processed properly by local HR, only interested in showing that things are going well/improving.
I would like to anonomisuly reach out HQ HR and sell these information. If an agreement is made, I have no problem to show who I’m, since there is nothing illegal. As much as I can hate bosses and local HR, my only goal is to earn “fuck you money” and get out from this awfull place, I have no desire of revenge to anyone even if they ruined my life. I won’t exagerate things, I will be honest and my data will be trustwhorty.
Since I know every company fucking sucks, I’m not really sure that HQ would be interested in my information. I’m afraid they want to keep the status quo as well, being the same as my local HR, even though this IS damaging the business and a costant drain of people since years. I’m not also sure how much they are willing to pay for these information and if this is legal. Again, I want to stress that these information are not illegally acquired and don’t involve any illegal activities, just toxic bheaviour from bosses and local HR. After all, it would be like airing an external consultant to fix a managment problem.
