Sent an email to HR about discriminations and resigned on the spot then they left a message saying the manager complained you did not show up to work, an hour later they sent an email saying well everyone at work complained about you? Is it worth it to hire a lawyer and sue?

So have been receiving so discriminations and racism in this work place. My coworkers threw my personal belongings in the trash, hit me with a table, and it got worse after a new manager started she mocked the way I talk, asked me if I am going to leave the job when I said no she kicked me out of her office. Then she openly said she wants to fire me in front of my coworkers. Every time I talked to HR they called me and said its all my fault and I deserve this abuse. They never have it in writing. So I sent an email to them with detailed events of all these things. They responded days later saying well your coworkers complain about you too. You never said its racism. The manager is pissed at you for not showing up. And we will investigate with you or…
