Just a quick background: I've been at this place for about a month now. I've never once been late. I have came in on my day off when called. I'm usually 10mins early, on average. I'm the best at upselling to customers, just based on our staff scores alone. (We have a little scoreboard that tracks our points.) Hell, I do whatever task is given to me, and I go out of my way to volunteer to do other tasks.
Earlier today I was just sent home with little to no explanation as to why. A vague mention of “complaints”, then essentially told to gtfo when I asked what I am alleged to have done. Just vague, unexplained allegations. I have no idea what I am being accused of, and now I have to wait for the manager to “say that [I] can come back.” What the fuck?
