You know, the 30+ minute ones where you see a series of shapes and have to guess which one is next in the sequence. What does that have to do with a job that's totally unrelated to math/shapes?? It's so frustrating having to waste so much time doing these tests that have nothing to do with the job only to be notified weeks later that based on your test results you won't be interviewed. Do these companies even know what's on these tests?
