“Shadowing”

At our job, the new co-workers are not being “trained” by us. They are “shadowing” us. They follow us around. Invariably, they ask questions about what we are doing. We don't want to train the new co-workers. Shadowing is or leads to training and we don't want to. Not getting paid extra to put up with annoying questions. How to get out of being shadowed? Or how to be a lousy “shadow”. Or something?
