Suddenly some overtime work came into question and half of our work group opted not to take it.. Yet myself and another trainee were specifically singled out in front of everyone and shamed for not wanting to support the group as their newest additions.
Seriously? I'm not trying to find out how much of a walking zombie I'll become on a 6pm to 6am shift that I'm not used to. I'm fine supporting the group during regularly scheduled work hours, thank you.
Has anyone else been put into a similarly awkward situation?
