Just need advice from anyone who has dealt with this kind of a situation in the past.
Took a new job not too long ago; interviewed with a great person who was supposed to be my direct supervisor. Said person put in two weeks shortly after my interview and I was transferred to a different team before start date. New supervisor never sent me any information on where or when to arrive my first day, and I had to email random folks from the company to get any information. On my first day, they showed up almost an hour late to let me in and proceeded to accuse me of not knowing my new company login information when the computer I was given was faulty.
Ever since that day, they've been outright hostile to me. Will open my messages (asking important questions about my job) and ignore them, tell me the wrong information and blame me for making mistakes, ignore me and most recently talk shit behind my back about me to my other coworkers. It's an office job with split locations, so I have to go in everyday and see these assholes knowing they shit talk me when i'm out at my second location literally doing my job.
Any advice on how best to handle this?
