I just noticed my company has an open job ad on a website. Should I apply for it? Because I wasn't told we were looking to expand so it must be to replace me or my coworker. Should I apply for it so they know we see it? IDC if I get reprimanded or anything, I know I can get a similarly paying position on my home from work so no big deal What do ya'll think?
