Should I be doing this heavy lifting ?

I work as a receptionist and been with this company a little over a year. We have this huge room where we store files dating two or three years back. I spoke to the older lady and asked her how she felt. While she agreed it wasn’t within our job description, she doesn’t mind doing it, but also understand they are taking advantage. She also thinks because it’s our paperwork we need to take care of it. This is the same person who has worked with the company over 5 years and hasn’t gotten a raise.
